REGULATION "EL NÁCAR" B&B
• The B&B is a private house open to the public, therefore our home requires its guests the same respect that they have for their home
• All guests of the room must provide an identity document at the time of arrival. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a criminal offense and allows us to request to leave the facility
• Guests have at their disposal the keys of the facility, they can leave and come back to their liking. In the event of loosing the keys, guests will have to pay € 100.00 as refund
• Guests should observe a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way harms the tranquility of the others
• It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those staying, unless different arrangements with the property
• On the day of your departure the rooms must be vacated no later than 12:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed with the property
• Room cleaning is done daily and only with the free room, otherwise the cleaning will go to the next day, unless otherwise agreed with the property
• Bed linen is changed every 3/4 days, towels every 2/3 days. Change of linen on request € 10.00 (per bed), change of towels on request € 5.00 (face and shower)
• It is strictly forbidden to clean up your makeup, shoes or anything inappropriate with the towels
• Breakfast will be served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, unless otherwise agreed with the property. Please inform us in advance of food intolerances
• Smoking inside the rooms and in the indoor environment is NOT permitted. Otherwise, you will be charged € 50,00 for sanitation charges
• The Management declines any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to property that is left unattended in the rooms and to any damage to persons, animals or things to and from third parties
• Any damage caused to the property by the guests must be immediately remedied. In case of theft of objects owned by the B&B, we will proceed according to the present laws
• Parking is unattended. We disclaim any responsibility for damage or theft of the vehicle
• Pets are not allowed
• Water is a very important good, please do not waste it unnecessarily
• We kindly ask you to turn off lights and air conditioners whenever you leave the room
• We do not respond to any disruption due to a total or partial shortage of supplies such as electricity, water, gas, or internet connection that is not dependent on our will
This regulation is implicitly accepted at the time of your stay.
SWIMMING POOL "EL NÁCAR" B&B
• The pool is for private use and guests of the B&B El Nácar
• Access to the swimming pool is allowed from 9 am until 9 pm except maintenance
• The swimming pool measures 5 m x 12 m and has a progressive depth of 1,10 m to 2,8 m
• Remember that there is NO assistant in this pool
• Do not throw paper, food or anything else in the water or in the garden
• For those who are not able to swim, own armrests or lifebelts are mandatory
• Any behavior that conflicts with hygiene rules is forbidden
• It is forbidden to run on the pool level and to dive, to play, or to do exercises that can disturb other guests
• It is recommended not to bath for less than three hours after eating a meal
• The Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or values left unattended in the pool area and does not in any way respond to any accidents or anything that may happen to bathers and third parties for imputable conduct
• The Management reserves the right to close the pool in case of maintenance, bad weather or situations that may be considered hazardous to the health and safety of the bathers
• The Management declines any responsibility for the consequences of non-compliance with this regulation
Anyone who joins the pool accepts this regulation, which is in view of guests within each room.
